Nick’s role(s) within Equal Exes span a variety of ‘behind the scenes’ corporate/head office functions across the business.

In addition, he jointly spearheads the development of the other New Zealand registered businesses within Equal Group Holdings Ltd.

In addition to his own personal experiences of a divorce, Nick’s skills and experiences attained through his prior career ably equip him to work with Bridgette in setting the strategic direction for the businesses and for personally providing services to clients.

Such services include but are not solely limited to career consulting, executive search assignments and establishing workplace support programmes.

Nick has worked for and with a variety of groups/corporates across different industry sectors and countries. Executive roles held by Nick have been at Fortune 500 multinationals including: Zurich International; American International Group (AIG) and subsidiaries at that time- “Nan Shan” Life (Taiwan) and “AIA”(New Zealand); AXA and AMP (New Zealand).

Fifteen years of his executive leadership experience were attained through working in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and  Australia and New Zealand.

Nick has also served on the Financial Services Council of New Zealand (formerly the ‘Investment Savings & Insurance Association’); Advicefirst Board; the Quality Advice Network Advisory Board and the Committee for Collective Investment Schemes to the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission.

Up until 31 March 2022, Nick was a Partner at a global  executive search firm and during his 6.5 years in this role, worked with a variety of entities in placing Board Directors, Chief Executives and members of their leadership teams. He has become a proven and trusted adviser to many of these leaders.

Nick is a former Board Member- Rotary Club of Auckland Incorporated. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Economics & Geography from Middlesex University, London.
