If you unable to reach agreement on any of your issues (care of the children, relationship property) we can help you decide whether mediation is right for your situation and connect you with our collaborative professionals to assist you with a more formal process.

This service replaces the need for both parties to extensively engage lawyers and will significantly reduce your cost and burden of separating.

* Note that lawyers will need to be engaged to independently certify your Separation Agreement.

You will get:

• 20 hours of strategy coaching.
• A coach can informally facilitate conversations in relation to care of the children and/or relationship property (allow for at least 12 hours of your package hours to be used for facilitated conversations).
• A coach can attend professional meetings with you as part of this package.
• Full access to Equal Exes Successful Separation Platform which includes a full library of up to 29 workbooks, checklists, scripts, templates, podcasts and webinars for all five pillars; financial, legal, family, career and wellbeing.
• Access to secure and private storage inside the Platform where you can easily manage all of the paperwork that comes with your divorce including affidavits and valuations.
• Provide you with a roadmap of your journey and a plan going forward to ensure you get the outcomes you need to move on.
• Referrals to appropriate wraparound services including legal, financial, wellness, career and family specialists.
• The Coach will closely manage your case – phone, email, and text support.
